Cheryl Louck is the Chief of Regulatory Compliance of Region 4 – for the Field Operations Branch within the Infrastructure Security Compliance Division (ISCD) in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the office within DHS which has responsibility for implementing the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). Ms. Louck serves as a Supervisor and technical authority on the CFATS regulation responsible for oversight on conducting authorization inspections, compliance assistance visits, corporate outreach, physical security reviews and site security reviews of regulated high-risk chemical facilities. Cheryl holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Benedictine University, and is currently assigned to the Chemical Anti-Terrorism Program office in Atlanta, GA.
